My Stanley was a sweet Norwegian Forest Cat. Tried so hard to keep him indoors but he would always sneak out. About 3 years ago was hit by a car right infront of our home in Maine. He was only eight years old. I miss him so much. He had the temperament of a Ragdoll and honestly if it weren't for his looks, I would swear he was one. He was also a solid 15lbs.

I have even better pictures somewhere that I need to scan to my computer. Will post when I can! Smile

I LOVE Norwegian Forest cats! He's gorgeous, and looks bigger than 15 pounds! Thanks for sharing him!

Thanks Everyone! Stanley was quite the kitty, perfect in so many ways. My only wish is that he was still here with me now, as excited as I am to take home a new ragdoll in the spring, I would trade any new kitty, for my stan the man. Every heart ache and break up in Highschool he was there to lick my tears, when I traveled home from College, he would always come running for me when I called his name. Now that I've had a place of my own for over a year, I realized I am truly missing my kitty. Sad

Gosh, talking about him can bring tears to my eyes. I miss him so much. No wonder why I am so obsessed with getting my raggie, I'm really longing for that companionship that you can only share with a pet. My boyfriend thinks I am nuts and doesn't understand how I could be so excited to be a kitty, but I know it's because I know how awesome it is to have that one companion in your life that loves you no matter what, even if I'm in a bad mood! Wink

Haha - k, I'm done being sappy about my Stanley.

He was gorgeous. Im sorry you had to loose him.
You will love it when you bring a new little one home. Not to replace Stan, just to take that extra love that you now have you give Smile
