RE: 3 Ragdolls to be Rehomed
Good news!! The relative that had to move into the house with long term health concerns, has agreed to go for allergy shots to try and cope with the cats!!!! She is going to keep them for now in hopes that the relative will be able to manage with them. Let's all keep our fingers crossed for her.

It should work. My James used to be allergic to cats but we have 4 and not one of them bothers him and if it did he would have to sleep in the shed shhh don't tell him or he will never let me get another one. Hey I am working on him but he says not til something happens to one and I say NO WAY BUSTER...so I guess I will have to share yours.

Oh meant to say I am glad she is going to get to keep them for now. I loved churchill.

Just wondering if Churchill found a home???

She lives on the east coast and will be very selective of the homes she allows them to go to. Hopefully someone here can help though:

Murphy - 4 years old - seal point mitted - non matting coat
Finnigan - 3 years old - seal point mitted with blaze - longer coat that tends to matt
Churchill - 2 years old - cream point - longer non-matting coat

All three are UTD on vaccinations and well-care. All are on revolution flea/tick preventative. They are very personable cats. They use the litterbox and scratching post perfectly and are very used to having their nails trimmed once a week. Each cat will come with cat carrier and feeding bowl. There are also two cats trees and grooming supplies.

She would love to see them go together, but if necessary will separate. Murphy and Finnigan really enjoy being together, but she could see Churchill going alone as he is more independent.

I am posting this with permission, and you can PM me if you need more info to contact the owner.

I made a post in the thread that all three ragdolls were kept by their owner after the relation agreed to allergy shots to control their reaction. None of them had to be rehomed, thankfully.

Yeah those who haven't heard before I have heard that distilled water works on reducing those allergies, you can buy it at the store and some pet stores have allergen reducing sprays as well. What you do with the distilled water, which is cheaper you can dampen a wash cloth or rag and go over every other day the first week than after that you will want to just do it once a week.

They could be very therapeutic for the woman with the health problems if she can conquer the allergies. Nothing like some warm soft kittys to make you feel better. Any news on how it's going Teresa?
