So I've narrowed it down to three choices: Blue Wilderness, Wellness Core, or Innova Evo. And now I can't decide which.

Core and Evo both have 50% protein while Blue has 45%, I've heard people say they avoid Core because it has too much fish in it, most people don't trust Blue still because it was involved with the recalls last year, and then I just get told I shouldn't feed dry at all I should only feed canned, and then I get told to go raw. No.

And then I still need to be able to find a store that carries them (Petsmart carries Blue products, but I've still not found Core or Evo and certainly not within 30miles of where I currently live)

I don't even wanna think about trying to find the right canned food.
A healthy cat without allergies can do well on many - probably even most - foods. Avoid cult choices for a healthy cat - like all meat, raw, etc. If only one you are leaning toward is readily available, then the choice is obvious. After choosing, then see how you like it in terms of activity level, coat quality, stool quantity and odor, food odor, dental health, weight level, vomiting (keeping in mind that the last two may just be the cat liking it excessively), etc. Also, whether you are satisfied with convenience and cost.

A kitten should be on a kitten formula. Do not be confused by looking just at protein and fat levels for that. The kitten formula will also focus on calcium and phosphorous for bone growth.
Core and Evo are both labeled as "complete for all life stages" and are a "cat and kitten food" Would you think they would be appropriate for a kitten or no?
Appropriate, but not the best choice. These are called "all life stages" foods and I believe a kitten formula is better for a kitten because of the proportions for bone growth. "All life stages" was the approach before kitten/pregnant queen foods were introduced. The amounts are there in these foods, but they are balanced for adults as well. It just means that the food meets the minimum requirements for both categories rather than being specifically targeted. Particularly large cats need focus on bone growth and that is a major focus in kitten foods.
lol So basically I have another year to decide

Well I guess Atrus loves his Blue Buffalo kitten food well enough, and he really likes their canned food even though it seems to have a lot of veggies/fruit in it
