The breeder and I arranged a pick-up date for our Raggies - 9/15/10. My daughter Karly and I are getting super excited! We just have two cat trees to assemble and we'll be all ready for our new family.
I bet the next two weeks will draaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag on pretty slowly for us, like two kids waiting for Christmas morning to dawn.
Just wanted to share with folks who will understand,
Cheers!

Love their names! How exciting and how lucky you are to be getting three!!! What colour/patterns are they? Do you have any pictures? The longest two weeks ever, and then once they are here, it will be the quickest year ever!
Wish I could say differently Rod *sigh* but it's bloody torture! I love the names that you have settled on and I can't wait to hear all about the adventures they have with you and your daughter

Your home will never be the same and you are in for some major oooohhhh and aaahhhhh moments! I'm impressed at how prepared you are, it must be like a breeder's dream to have three of their kits going to such a loving, caring home.
Only 2 more weeks, that so close and yet so far......I hope the time passes quickly for you. Any more pics to share??
Thanks all!
Our breeder (who is awesome) is trying to get us some more photos, and as soon as they arrive the first thing I will do is share them here, no worries.
We are going to use my daughter's room as the safe room (her choice). I hope to have a video camera ready to roll when we bring them in so we can document their first impressions of their new home. As we unpacked in our new home I realized that I have 5 or 6 different cameras (3 digital and two old school), so I will keep them strategically placed around the house in the hopes that I don't miss any spontaneous photo ops.
I can't say how happy I am to have found these forums. Everyone has been so helpful. It has really made preparing easier, more productive, and fun to boot. And all the great cat stories and cat pictures are a huge bonus!
Cheers!

Penelope and Winston are seal bicolors, and Watson is a blue bicolor.
If we get another one, I think I would like a mitted lynx (that's Charlie's influence...

YAY.... great news about the arrival date of your raggies Rod - I'd love to tell you that waiting was easy but alas - I had to wait only 2 weeks for my baby Aiden to come home and it seemed like eternety

I know how you feel Rod - the anticipation is awful and exciting all at once. I'm waiting for my two new kitties to arrive in October, one on the 1st and the other on the 29th! But, I've got lots to do getting the house ready for them. Gee, I don't think I had this much to prepare when I had my own daughter (who is all grown up now), lol!
This is sooo exciting! I can't wait to get a look at them!

I must say...those are 3 very lucky kitties!

Looking forward to hearing about your adventures and seeing them. I am a huge bicolor fan! I can tell you all will be having lots of fun together!
Not long now until the fun starts

I hope you'll still have time for us, 3 new kitties all at once should keep you entertained for days.
