Thought I'd share a few pics with you from our holiday this year in the Maldives, Indian Ocean

If any of you have been there, you will know that the Maldives are made up of hundreds of tiny islands, we stayed in the South Ari Atoll and had the most beautiful, relaxing time

I have never visited anywhere as completely tranquill as this there is nothing to do all day but swim in the very warm (32 degree) ocean with more tropical fish than you could ever count ....Read, i think i finished 1o books in our 15 day stay!! .... Drink cocktails, ..... snooze .... and eat the most fabulous food!!

Oh my gosh, every one of those pictures looks like a postcard! It looks like a little bit of paradise here on earth - truly amazing! I would love to go somewhere like that and have nothing to do but just relax all day - I could definitely get used to that!!

it was really a dream come true T ... as long as you don't get bored with a book and the person you are with!!! lol

It was a 12 hour flight for us and then an hour sea plane flight after a 2 hour wait at departures so it was a long way to go ... but we loved every minute of it

That looks beautiful!!! I've always wanted to stay in a water villa, they look so neat! I think my husband would get bored without the tv I think, but I could relax with a book or snorkel and be perfectly happy!

Stunning!! I'm overdue for tropical waters and scuba diving. It sounds like you had a dream holiday

I am in Awe. Truely looks to be a magical paradise. Your pictures are fabulous. I booked a Safari for my husband and I next July (20 year aniversary) i cant believe it's been that long... and now am wondering if a tropical paradise would have been a better choice. This looks like it is right up our alley.
