I love all the Simon's Cat videos -- my girls don't do that with flies, but with moths (which I bring into the house -- I know, bad thing to do!!)

Lol, that's so funny, mine eat flies too. Does anyone know if they are harmful in anyway?

Louise - flies can carry tapeworm eggs and others, therefore it's recommended to deworm regularly

That's a good point Monika, thanks... Katie is obsessed with fly-catching so I'll be more vigilent knowing this.

Uh! i hope they are not harmful, because mine have been catching & eating them lately

That kitty on the drapes is my worst nightmare!
We've had a few almost mishaps over insect hunts.
Very cute!

Though I have been concerned that a one of the mosquitoes or buzzing flies might bite my little guy, so he usually does strike #1 and then I go in with a magazine to finish the job!
