That's refreshing to hear, Laura. I live in fear of Identity theft. Discover Card once called me when we had company from out of state and had big dinners out twice in one day. I was grateful they were closely watching.
This happened to me only once before. Someone in NJ made 3 charges of $5k each. At that time Chase didn't even flag it. I caught it by happenstance as I was on-line reviewing my account. It sickened my stomach but it turned out fine as I was able to report it on-line and Chase handled it beautifully. They later told me they caught the guy and were prosecuting. So, I'm thrilled this time that they caught it and it was only $200 total.

They shut down our business card because someone was charging something at Cell Phone Warehouse -- another time they closed it down when someone ordered some jeans online on the business account. In the last 2 years, we've had to shut down and reopen our business account 4 times for unlawful charges.
It's terrible you've had deal with so many headaches from dishonest people. Your bank flagged jeans in a business account? That's a really good catch.

I agree. Those calls are comforting. Two big dinners out in one day - how fun!
