This morning I dropped Bella off to get spayed!
It was so heartbreaking because she was shaking in her carrier and her ears were all flat and forward. I felt so bad leaving her there but I know she will be ok and its the best thing for her...

I am feeling bad too : ( I have to drop my baby off tomorrow morning to be neutered!
I am concerned about the anesthesia and trauma to him. I know it is a simple procedure done all the time and that he'll be fine...
but I can't but feel upset about it.
I don't want him to be scared. I drop him off by 10 and pick up around 5. I don't know why he has to stay so long.
I know it is the best thing for him, of course but I hate to have to put him though that. I am a wimp!
It's even worse to send a girl in for spaying since the procedure is more complicated.
Please let us know how Bella does.
I have literally just got back from the vet.
Bella is still refusing to stay in her basket so she is sitting next to me on the lounge and she seems very sore and cranky with me.
She is shaking a bit but I am not sure if its the anesthesia wearing off or if she is cold.
She looks very funny without her belly hair and she has a groovy new tattoo in her ear =]
Bella is a beautiful girl. sending good vibes so you both are fine soon. we will have to make this decision soon as well...

Since being home she has just slept and slept. She just wants to be in the dark too.
