Hi Everyone!

I know I haven't been around much lately, (busy with Kevin) but this cat used to hang out outside my old apartment in college. One of my younger sorority sisters moved into my place and this kitty is still hanging out. I guess an old woman on the street passed away and this cat belonged possibly to her and is now homeless but the neighbors feed it and let it sleep on their porch.

It looks, acts (friendliest cat ever and loves to do belly flops), and feels like a ragdoll. Blue eyes like a ragdoll. I know in a lot of cases everyone says it's probably not a ragdoll...but in this case I think it truly is since it was at one point a domesticated house cat.

Awww poor baby.
Will you be able to give it a home or maybe found a home for her or him.
I feel so sorry for it siting there looking in you window.
He or she does look like a raggie.oo hold on there is a raggie rescue Teresa had posted it let me go find it and give it to you
maybe if you cant take her ,,you can contact them and they will take her and find a forever home.
She's a beautiful girl - have you considered adopting her yourself as a companion to Kevin? Her face structure doesn't quite look like a ragdoll - but the coloring does make her look like one. I'm glad people watch out for her and at least feed her.
What a sweet girl... - I'm glad she's looked after, fed and has a sheltered place to sleep, but I'm sure if she's a raggie she'd love company too...
Heres one in your area.

I would try putting up fliers for her, maybe the family is looking for her or put note on there door.

I'm not a ragdoll expert but have educated myself since March & yes it does look like a ragdoll. I used to have a cat many yrs ago, i adopted her from a shelter & a mixed litter, and now we look at pics of her & think of her personality and think maybe ragdoll mix!

She looked like your pic but with the lynx stripe pattern, i hope you can contact a rescue that will get her a safe home soon. Good luck.Shy

Without commenting based on a picture, a speutered adult could be a Ragdoll because pet Ragdolls do escape. The chances of a whole cat or a kitten being a mix are close to zero.
Hi everyone, I wish I could rescue him/her -- I live about 4 to 5 hours away. I guess animal control has tried to capture this kitty multiple times but it's escaped all times. haha. I told the girl who tooks this picture to drive him to our hometown the next time she visits and I would take him.. but I might just alert the rescure groups of his/her location and hope they might be able to get him! Smile
Be VERY careful about turning any cat over to animal rescue. Even no kill shelters may not be really no kill. Some will transfer cats to kill shelters for the actual euthanization if the cat is not placed.
