Hi and welcome to the forum.
I have a request, please don't write with caps locked... in a lot of forums it's considered 'yelling' at people and frankly, I find it a lot harder to read.
You already posted the same question in another thread, but I'll try to answer here anyway.
Male compared to female - it's just a questions of personal taste and size (raggie males are usually bigger than the girls) .
Pets are usually spayed/neutered, therefore you shouldn't have any issues with spraying (and whole females on call do spray too!) toileting outside the litterbox can be a sign of illness or behavioural (e.g. not enough litter boxes, boxes in a busy spot which can lead to avoidance and so on...).
As for your 'mini pin' - I'm not sure what that is - a dog (?) but anyway Ragdolls are brilliant with other pets all you have to do is a slow, supervised introduction.
Best wishes
A mini Pin is a miniature Doberman Pinscher.
I would get the snuggler if you want a lap cat. But it seems you already have a sleeper, so maybe the female would increase the activity level in the house.
Males and females spray. You should not have a problem if they get spayed or neutered before sexual maturity, and as long as your pet feels safe, secure, confident, and loved in his environment. Many cats spray to be territorial and when they want to reproduce, and this is kicked into overdrive if their hormones are running rampant. However, even spayed or neutered cats can spray to be territorial, although it is MUCH more unlikely. Usually when this happens, you find why your cat wants to spray (usually the cat is either sick, or uncomfortable perhaps due to seeing. smelling, and hearing a neighbor cat through the window), remove the cause, and all will be fine
I have heard male cats tend to be a bit snugglier, however, many people have female cats that are superb. Pick your kitten based on personality rather than gender.
I also second the plea to not write in all caps as well

i personally prefer males, but i am also a great believer in cats pick you rather than the other way around.
boys dont spray if they are neutered and i find them cleaner.
i dont mind you writing in block capitals and anyway i have trouble reading sometimes so the bigger the better for me.
and bless you i wouldnt have thought you were yelling at anyone.

Just to be accurate since I know we wouldn't want people to put up mis-information about our beloved Raggies...from the Miniature Pinscher club of America website:
http://www.minpin.org/history.html
"The Miniature Pinscher is not a scaled-down, smaller version of anything, especially the much larger Doberman. Both the Doberman and Miniature Pinscher likely descended from the Old German Standard Pinscher, (considered by many to be behind several German breeds) but there the relationship ends. Historians agree that the Miniature Pinscher originated in Germany several centuries ago as an efficient barnyard ratter."

I share the others view that it is really a matter of taste. I have two "early neutered" boys and currently no spraying issues.
I, personally, love the bigger size of the male Ragdoll, and both my boys have loving personalities. We have a Boston terrier female...all she does is sleep too...but the cats don't have any problems with her.
maybe it would help to tell you that male kittens are generally more affectionate and easy-going.

Not a miniature doberman, just a miniature pinscher. They are very small and resemble a manchester terrier. I absolutely agree with the others that have noted that you should choose based on individual personality and how that would fit your home and lifestyle as opposed to choosing according to sex. (I also prefer non-caps for communication

From the picture shown they would resemble the English toy terrier more I think - the Manchester is quite a bit 'bigger'
