So glad Buster is getting along better with little Ghost! I think the kitty condo is the most coveted item in a multi-cat household 
Ours will still wrestle to get the best perch and it's kinda fun to watch their antics while they try to get the upper hand! (Sometimes it gets a bit heated and we have to intervene...) Good luck with the litterbox, I can't add any advice because I think the other two have covered it
