She is absolutely gorgeous! What sweet pictures of her sleeping in the kennel on the way home! She's so relaxed! Does she have a name yet?
Keep the pics coming.

Thanks! No, she doesn't really have a name yet, poor baby

But for now I am referring to her as Sissy, which is the name that the breeder gave her. It does suit her and I think Sissy will probably always be her nickname, but I would like to come up with a "real" name for her, in addition to Sissy. If I don't make up my mind quick, I might have to put up one of those handy polls on here!
She is so cute!!!
She looks like an "Olivia" to me. But Sissy is a cute nickname too!
Congrats! Look forward to seeing more pics.
I pick my "baby" up in 3 weeks.
Congratulations on your future baby! I vividly remember being 3 weeks away from getting my kitten and it seemed like FOREVER to wait. But now that she's here the pain of the wait is all forgotten, and it was so worth it. Also, I actually LOVE the name Olivia, and I will put it on my list of names I'm considering. So far I have many names that I like, but none have just *clicked* and given me that moment where I say, "that's THE name." Maybe I won't have that moment this time, but I'm giving myself a few days grace period to see if it happens before I settle. All the names on my list are girly "human" names, except out of nowhere, today I had the idea to call her "Lucky" because I think I'm pretty lucky to have her. So we'll see...
Thanks CJO,
I too, have all girly human names picked out. I think it might be Ruby. I know there's already one on here named that, but I just love it. My first choice was Phoebe, but nobody else liked it.

Oh my gosh, look at her sleeping like a sweet little furry angel!!! ;-) You must be so blissful right now
Looking back at her photos, the name Seraphina pops into my head. I think it means "highest of the angels".
MollyMoo, Phoebe is a very cute name, I'm mystified as to why noone likes it? In the end it IS your choice though of course I'm still gunning for Ruby ;-)
Ruby is a very pretty name! I'm sorry nobody liked Phoebe. For the record, I like it! So much in fact, that I actually had a cat named Phoebe when I was a teenager. She was a very sweet and affectionate cat who just appeared on our doorstep one day, and I picked that for her name. We had one other cat at the time named Macy, who was wonderful as well and the two of them are completely responsible for my current love of cats.
Oh and hi JumJums! don't know how I missed your post earlier, but yes, I am in heaven with her here!
p.s. my first name is actually Carly, I think I am going to add a signature with it so that everyone doesn't feel they have to call me CJO, lol (CJO is my initials)
Hi Carly, your little girl is adorable - I love her name, actually her name is a short here in Europe for the name Elisabeth - 'Sissy' was a famous Austrian Empress in the late 19th century, the assassination of her eldest son and heir started the WW I. Her name is still quite popular here

She's adorable! And so easy going, falling asleep during the ride home!
