Such a beauty and looking like an absolute angel in that pic with her front paws folded. How about a name like Cecelia where it's a little more formal but sounds pretty close to Sissy so as not to confuse her.
Hi Laura, Cecelia is a great idea, and I considered it because it would have been convenient since Sissy is a logical nickname for it, but I ended up going with the name Emma. It is a name that I have always liked and to me, it just seemed to suit her. Hopefully, she will be able to handle the switch without it being too traumatic
