i am so sad today I had to have my beautiful chloe (my 14yr old dog) put to sleep. Her kidneys failed and she was very sick it happened very unexpected
and quickly. She had been my best mate for 14years and she had never been sick in her life so it has come as a huge shock . I know that I have my precious milo but I will miss her terribly.
Rest in peace my little mate you will always be remembered love mum

AWW!!! I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I send my family's condolences to you. You are in our thoughts. My mom and I will likely cry for months when my mom's dog Chelsea dies. She's a 10 year old epileptic miniature american eskimo dog, and she LOVES to be outside... even tho thunderstorms set her off. Anyways. I feel for you. Losing a loved one is hard. Keep your chin up, and even tho its probably just one of those things that can go unsaid but... its okay to mourn and grieve a pet. Especially when you've spent that much time with them. I'm sure your pretty puppy is young and healthy again, and is looking at you from above, saying that she misses you too.

thank you to all who have replied , I thank you very much it has been a horrible month for my family as we have also had a death in the family only last week - a special little boy aged 10yr
Then to lose our beloved pet as well was a horrible time - we are blessed to have our beautiful milo and he is a joy to be around at the moment and we treasure our own children very much

I know how much you are grieving...been there and done that...the thing that got me through was having the peace to know that I put my friend ahead of my own self....we have no right to keep those we love past the their time...that is just selfish---and their suffering is in our control ...so be it...God speed old friend! xoxo Teddy

I am so, so sorry. I know the pain of losing a loved furry family member. May those 14 years of wonderful memories help you find peace and when you think of Chloe that your heart feels with joy. It took me a very long time to grieve for our sheepdog that passed, so give yourself that time. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
