Jenny - What's the latest on the hunt for the perfect home for Monkey and Koa? There are bound to be tons of homes to look at in California now. I hope that the heat isn't affecting you too much.

We are finally home! It was such a long week (not a vacation at all!) but it definitely served its purpose...we got a house!!! Its the house I originally posted about, and we're now under contract We still have a couple of hurdles to get through. We're asking for the seller to replace the furnace (50 years old) and the water heater (35 years old), and we have to get through the VA appraisal. We have our fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly from here on out! I'll have to start a new thread and post pictures of the house, but for now we just got home and took showers and I'm about ready to fall face down on the bed! We pick up our babies up in the morning Thanks for all the support and well wishes, and I can't wait to show you the house and to get caught up on all the posts I've missed this week!!!

WOOOHOOOO! Thank goodness I'm so glad you got it. New home for Monkey and Koa! I bet you'll be even more happy to see them tomorrow! Hope the contract goes smoothly, goodness knows you dont need any more hiccups!

That's great news Jenny. I hope everything goes smoothly for you now and you complete on your new home in time for you to move straight into it. I hope Koa and Monkey have had a good week too and are pleased to have you home, but I alos hope that they behave themselves and don't run you ragged now you're back
