Thought I would start a thread for naming ideas for kittens. I like the idea of naming litters after themes and think it must be difficult coming up with cute names for all these amazing kittens!
I'll start with my idea...
Colours / Gems:
Jade (hehe!), Amber, Ebony, Ruby, Scarlett, Violet, Rose, Crystal, Hazel.
What a good idea for a thread Jadelois.
My idea is couples, Bonnie and Clyde, Thelma and Louise, Starsky and Hutch, Mr and Mrs Smith, Itchy and Scratchy, Laurel and Hardy, the list goes on...
how about tv show famillies/characters:
Jerry, Elaine, Newman, Kramer, George
Greg, Marcia, Jan, Peter, Bobby, Cindy
Laverne, Shirley, Lennie, Squiggy
Large amazing cities...
Savannah, Cheyenne, Cairo, Phoenix, Paris, Geneva, London
The first two were my sweet darling Raggies
Disney Princesses is my choice.
Janessa is from one of the 12 dancing princesses.
Well, so far I've had
Greek Gods and Goddess - Athena, Apollo, Achilles, Alpheus and Adonis
The court of King Arthur - Lancelot, Merlin, Sir Galahad, Guinevere, King Arthur and Percival
I love you in different languages - Je T'aime, Ti Amo, Te Quiero and Wo Ai Ni
Flowers - Snowdrop, Poppy, Bluebell, Sweet William, Forget-me-not and Willow
I'm not sure what comes next but it's really difficult sometimes to think of a theme and think of the right number of male or female names. The litter with 4 girls in I found the hardest and yet now I wonder why I didn't call them after the characters in Little Women or the Bronte sisters or something. It's much easier to think of the names when you don't need them, so much so I now have a book where I write them down but then when I want them they just don't seem as good!!
