I don't know if the pictures will give you enough to go on. Your thoughts are appreciated. I will be taking her to the vet, hopefully tomorrow, and I'll check in with her as well.
Thanks,
Nancy
Fortunately, very few Ragdolls are lost into feral cat colonies and fewer still of those are whole. So, your kitten does not have any Ragdoll in her ancestry. However, she is very cute, sounds wonderful and it is good that you found each other. In any event, welcome here and participation does not require having a Ragdoll. We love all cats and like to hear about them and see their pictures. Many who have Ragdoll like cats often will get a Ragdoll later just to have a better chance of getting those characteristics in the next cat.
Some are surprised, but few vets know much about breeds, particularly cat breeds. The breed is really not very important in caring for cats.
What a cutie! I agree that it's very doubtful that she is a Raggie. However, it doesn't matter. She's yours, and you love her. You've found a great forum with lots of members who will adore many photos and help with any situations that may arise.
Coconut - is that what you are going to call her? I like it!

She's lovely and white and has nice blue eyes. New members always welcome!
Welcome! What a cutie, and great name! My Mocha was a stray, he must have escaped from a loving home because he was obviously a very, very spoiled house cat when he showed up at our house (though emaciated). He shows all of the Ragdoll characteristics, coloring, bunny soft fur, blueish pads on his feet to match his seal fur. The V on his face, toe tufts, etc. I think he is a Raggie, but even if he is not my next cat will be! There are so many stories like this on the forum.
Enjoy Coconut, and be sure to keep us informed and post pics (bigger ones if you can). There is info on how to post pics in the FAQ section on the home page. I think most of us use photobucket.com to host our photos.
Ragdolls are a pointed breed, meaning they have darker marks on their face legs and tail, leaving the body lighter. They have blue eyes. Your baby is quite adorable, has the blue eyes but not the pointed color pattern, so probably not Ragdoll. No matter, stay on the forum you are most welcome! This is a great resource with lots of friendly people and we can help you raise your kitten and answer all your questions! And yes, do post more photos, bigger pleaaaasse!
Coconut is a beautiful kitten and how wonderful that you have rescued her! All cat loving people are welcome here and next thing you know... you'll probably want to add a ragdoll to your family too!!
She is simply precious! Congratulations on the beautiful new addition to your family!
Coconut is beautiful, and has a lovely name now too

. The others have probably said all there is to say about whether she is a ragdoll or not but we really hope you stay around so we can watch her grow, she's going to be a stunner when she's older!
Coconut is a little cutie. I would love to see more pictures.
