I took that and other comments to mean you did not recommend anyone take a kitten at 10 weeks - rather strongly in fact. To the degree of avoiding the kitten and breeder. There are cases of the latter, such as the inability to get DNA test results on HCM applicable to the kitten, but placement at 10 weeks is not one of them.

My personal opinion still is that 12 weeks is better and although I think you read excessively into my words, I can see your point. And I do believe that your intent was to clarify an alternative opinon, I just think you're too quick to dismiss others and to go negative and to take it personal. I don't see any reason for the disagreement and misunderstandings to go personal.
