Hi Folks!

I live in Paradise, otherwise known as Hillsborough, NC with my sweet hubby and loving pets, 2 Dobermans and 2 rescue kitties. I've enjoyed reading as many past forum posts as possible for the last few weeks since I subscribed.

I will be getting a lovely female blue bicolor kitten in 5 more weeks - her name is Lilly and she is ADORABLE!!! I was first allowed to visit her at 6 weeks of age and just made my 2nd visit today (the 3 girls in Lilly's litter turned 7 weeks old Friday). Hope you enjoy the photos of Miss Lilly. The breeder is great - totally dedicated to the Ragdoll and to very high standards of breeding, kitten care, and socializing.

I'm hoping Lilly will be a Therapy Cat who will come along with my Therapy Dog Zen to visit in nursing homes. I have a teenage Goddaughter who wants to come along and help handle Lilly in her therapy work. She loves cats and will be great with residents I'm sure.

Well, so sorry for the long intro. I drank an afternoon cup of coffee. Can you tell (bad bad girl)? I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you.[/font]

Wow Trish! Welcome to you and your future baby Lilly! She is stunning, as are both her parents. I can't imagine how lucky she will be to have such wonderful care. I have always wanted a therapy animal so I could take them to visit children in the hospital. My ex's grandmother (103 this year) lives in a care center now, someone one time brought in a Llama!!

All our best from the SF Bay Area to you in Paradise!

Welcome to the forum! Lilly is very chubby and cute! You can start to get prepared and buy all the necessities before she comes home with you... Smile

Yep - now is the time to collect all the goodies!
It's great to have you here. Lilly is a beautiful girl and her parents are just gorgeous - so no wonder!!
Welcome Trish. Lilly is a precious little fluff and her parents are gorgeous. I look forward to knowing you and of seeing more pictures of Lilly.
Trish-
YES for blue bicolors!! She reminds me of my Dexter when he was a baby, he even has a mismarked rear foot as she does! And her parents are GORGEOUS! Her mother does have the most lovely blue eyes and her dad is sooo dark and handsome. I've always really liked seal bicolors but especially when they are that super dark brown color.

I loved your intro, it was not too long! Smile You and Lilly will fit in great with our little raggie family here. Can't wait to see more pictures of her when she gets home and as she grows!

P.S. You say "Trish and the Zoo," well lets see pics of that zoo! This forum isn't JUST for our ragdoll family members! Wink
Lynds, follow Trish's link on her siggy to her Flickr acct. OMG, a beautiful zoo!!

Trish, love all of your animals!
Welcome from a fellow N.C. gal. I am in Greensboro. Your Lilly is beautiful! Congratulations!
What a stunning beauty! I think you did a great job capturing the blue eyes. My pics often show Mishka with totally red or silver eyes. I look forward to sharing Lilly through her future pics.
