Thanks Kitty & Sunday Rose I have a confession tho... we had a graphic designer put it together We chose the overall look but he did the amazing stuff! Kitty I tend to agree, the white background may be better, I guess we could alternate pages of white and pale blue too.

Absolutely. Think of printing.. letterhead, etc. a white background is so much easier. You should also have your designer provide a gray scale image as well. You don't want to always print in color, too expensive! I could also do it for you easily.
