Just wanted you all to meet Billy bob
and let Teresa know that Billy bob made the flight back to Ohio in my suit case and seems to look the same as it did when it left.Rolleyes
I forgot what kind of tree this is but Teresa said it will be fine.

It's a Crepe Myrtle Linda!!!!!
I'm so glad it made it home in one piece....now hopefully it will grow in to a big pretty tree. Love its name, LOL!!
LOL! Linda, Billybob looks like all of my plants just before I throw them out. Poor boy!

OMG, that's funny!

Love crepe myrtle's, so many pretty shades available. They bloom in CA in August I believe, so pretty. I hope Billy Bob pulls through!!
Probably a little late to mention this, but I remember a product called "Rootone", I think that's right. You trim the bottom of the plant you want to root at an angle where there is still some living tissue, then dip it in this powder, and plant. I seem to recall that it was really good.

You're right Jan, I've used that and it does work. Looks like Billy Bob might profit from having it used on him, doesn't it?
