I had to look something up this morning, and thought I would share the link with you. http://www.aspca.org/pet-care/poison-control/plants/

Bonkers got into the flowers my kids were taking to their teachers today, and nibbled on some Babies Breath, of course it was on the list, ugh. I don't think he got much, he seems fine and is playing and eating. I'll keep an eye on him.

There are a LOT of plants on this list!!
Kitty, thanks so much for the information / website. I had no IDEA how many plants were toxic!
Wow! there are so many kitty! Thanks for that.

I was in the supermarket the other night and saw some puppy wipes. I've heard great things about them from you guys on here, but then i noticed that they contained "aloe" ... so i decided not to get them.
You're welcome for the info Smile.

Meghan, I did not think to check the wipes I use for aloe. Good catch, I'll check them.
I have seen cat wipes at the pet store... so i might have a look at them and see if they contain aloe vera.
i wonder if they are safe to use on the cats if they do contain "aloe"
Great information Kitty. Thanks. I saved the site.
Thanks Kitty! We knew there were plants out there that are toxic to our beloved furries but we just didn't know which ones! Thanks heaps Smile
Such good information.
Thanks Kitty.
You are welcome! It's good that we can share our info. I have learned so much for you all! Bonkers was fine fyi, the few baby's breath he had in his mouth didn't have any affect on his tummy. Obviously we'll be more careful with the cut flowers we bring in!
They are so fascinated with flowers too. I just received flowers from my kids, and both boys are walking around like bobble heads, noses going up and down trying to find where the fragrance is coming from. I just call Menou Ferdinand the bull. Tongue
