In some testing labc (e.g. DNA Diagnostics dba Shelterwood Laboratories) tests can take very long, even over 6 months and they do not respond to any of your questions. And in this lab test results were totally wrong, e.g. one male cat was tested to be Female and one cat was tested to be HCM +/- when in new tests she was tested to be -/-.
Currently I would not believe any test results from this test lab. When trying to contact them, they never answered and of course did not return any money spent either.
Sp if you plan to test your cat, get some references form others about the lab before sending any samples for testing.
