These stories are so funny. Here's Mugsy's deal...I always sleep on my side...so, he'll jump up in front of me, and I'll pet him for less than a minute...then, he jumps behind me, lays on his side and starts kneading my back. LOL! He just purrs and purrs when he's doing it. I don't know why he does these kitty back-rubs...but he's always done it! During these winter months with my thick pajamas...it's not so bad...hahaha. Then there are the times I wake up in the morning and he's just sitting there...staring at me...real close to my face. If he wasn't so cute...I'd find that kinda freaky...LOL!
I'll take that boy off your hands Mattew,,,I can pretty much sleep through any thing")
cello sleeps on the foot of the bed or under it.
Leyla still likes to sleep between me and Jim when she was wee little she would sleep all night in my arms but now she is more content to give kississ and sleep between us.
You r such a lucky chap, Matt!! I would love to cat-nap Fawkes and let him sleep with me, I dun mind at all... Hehehe...

Oh Fawkes is such a character. At the moment Felix and Barney race each other to sleep around my head on the pillow. Last night I found Felix there and Barney lying half on my shoulder and half on Felix on the pillow. Ava is more of a bedside table sleeper, but likes to jump on the bed when the alarm goes off for morning snuggles and rubs.
I SO know what you mean Matt!!! Kizmet has become this total mush-machine. Smoochy, licky, rubbing, folding and curling all over me.....its so darling but like you said...need sleep!!!!!! It is like he lays still for a bit then just HAS to move again....and he needs me to respond LOL....my Cazbah sounds like your Albus...will just chillax on the bed and sleep. These 2 brothers aye...gotta love em' LOL

Lovely pics too

Out of all of ours only Susie is not allowed in the bedroom at night. She waits until the light goes out and then just jumps all over the bed, biting feet and legs through the covers. There is just no peace with her!! Athena and Lola both like to knock everything of the bedside table, usually between 3:00 and 4:00 am and Vinnie likes to climb up on top of the wardrobe where there is an assortment of teddy bears for him to knock to the floor. The rest of them just curl up on the bed or the chair or the cat tree or even on the stairs and sleep - why can't they all do that?
