Yep, Chloe is in charge this is obvious....Leo is clearly raggie whipped and shall do what he is told! hence the remote is closest to Leo, so as others have said....all Chloe has to do is say the word! not lift a paw! and Leo presses the buttons as needed

Oh it's so true, I'm sure a remote is a male's security blanket, one look at Chloe's face and you can see she doesn't need a security blanket.
