I think we have decided on the name Percy for our new kitten. Ben wont budge from that name... and it is growing on me anyway. Especially after watching Percy Jackson and the Lightnight Theif. hahaha! (i thought that we could call him Poseidon, like percys dad, but then i looked up the spelling and realised that we couldnt call him percy for short)
Anyway... he turned 3 weeks old today
I havent heard from the breeder since I reserved him. Which was about 2 weeks ago.
I am wondering when i should contact her, or if I just sit back and wait. ( i know that she has a few more kittens due soon so she must be very busy)
Also, at what age do breeders normally let you visit your kitten? I can't wait to meet him and see what his personality is like. I feel a little silly that we reserved him at such a young age, before we found out what he is like. if we dont think he will fit in well with Pussa and Edward, we might have towait a little while longer...
I'm so excited for you! Percy sounds like a perfect names (especially with Pickles and Pussa!). Can't wait to see some pictures

I am a bit scared about being too pushy? It was only 2 weeks ago that I heard from her. Do you think an email would be ok, or should I wait a week or so?
If you think so, then include in the email that you do not want to be a pest and that she can get back to you about it when she has time. It would not bother me.
I didn't know you'd definitely decided and put down a deposit (or had you already posted it -- I have a bad memory - I do remember the name discussion and that you were going to get another after getting in the new house). Anyway....congrats!! I'd be excited too and wanting to hear everything!

I put a deposit down last year to go on the breeders waiting list, and then she emailed me 2 weeks ago telling me what kittens she had available.
It turned out that there was only one boy out of both litters and he was a seal point. And we have officially reserved him and should get him in May. I havent seen pictures yet, but she said that she will keep me updated about him. It's only been two weeks, so i just need to be patient
