Hello from Sydney, Australia.
I bought my ragdoll, Her Majesty Tiffany (age 7) from a breeder in July 2009. I purposely bought an adult cat cos of my work as I didn't like the thought of a kitten being by itself all day. 3 weeks after bringing her home and spoiling her rotten, I noticed she seemed a bit fat... I knew I wasn't over feeding her and that she had never been outside since i had bought her. Surely the breeder wouldn't have made the error of selling me a pregnant cat?!!?

YUP! The vet confirmed she was definitely pregnant!!

I sold two and kept one.. Princess Darling... and she really is a Darling! Though i had no intention of being a servant to two felines I now could not imagine life without either of them... Love them to bits!

OMGosh-you must be in heaven! Love the photo...I can't believe that happened. (maybe others will say different...?) What did the breeder say?

Yowza!! The breeder should have neutered her before she even sold her, but fortunate for her she ended up with you now and you also have another sweet kitten. Welcome to the forum, Tiffany is beautiful.

(Please tell me that you've had them neutered now....)

The photo was taken minutes after the babies were born... Poor Tiffany seemed ashamed when I first walked in and saw her (I hadn't realised she had the kittens and she had her back to me when i came in the room)... She had her head down and seemed sad.... As soon as I saw the babies I praised her and told her how proud I was of her... From that moment she purred and purred and lay down... Thats when i took the pic.

I never told the breeder for fear of what she might say or do... Not that she could actually do anything but I just didn't want to risk it. Besides, I wanted the kittens to go to loving homes.. Not be used for breeding purposes only.

Both Her Majesty Tiffany and Princess Darling are now neutered...

Whew....good job human mom!!!! Do we get to see any pics of Darling? And some more of Tiffany, please?

It was so difficult deciding which one I would keep... But it was her nose that did it! I love her so much!

Each morning as I get ready for work Darling follows me around the house... As soon as I start putting on my make up she starts whining - not meowing... Whining!! I have to stop and pick her up like a baby and hold her for a minute or two... (she purrs and purrs)... I then put her down and she's fine! It's become a bit of a ritual each morning now!

Wow they're beautiful and what a great story. You must be very proud.
