Ben's mum is always onto me about not eating wheat. Apparently, it's not that good for you and makes you quite bloated, along with other things.

I agree with everyone else Jenny, you look great in your picture you posted, you have nothing to worry about. Although, if you want to be happy with yourself on the day, maybe just cut down on breads (i LOVE bread!!) and drink diet coke instead for the next two weeks?? (ahhh i know, diet coke tastes horrible, but its under 2 calories a can and it might help with the headaches)

another idea, to take care of the caffeine withdrawal headaches, is to pop a couple of Excedrin (which has caffeine in it as well as whatever painkiller is in it... aspirin?).

Haha, Sarah...that's EXACTLY what I did to end up getting rid of the headaches Finally a light popped on in my head that said "you have a headache because you lack caffeine, excedrin will give you caffeine AND take away your headache." I thanked the light and took two straight away
