It can be between the lines, which are barely visible on the ground, not blocking anybody in but he still isn't happy. He then reported Stan (husband) to the police because his road tax was two days out of date. It was such a shame when the police came that he could prove that he had reported the car as off-road and the car park is private property so the car was legally parked. Last laugh came to us though when the police charged our lovely neighbour with wasting police time.
I only hope you eventually get your own back on your neighbours Jan, it does feel good even when we know it shouldn't
