We live on Cape Cod, MA. The entire northeast excluding the cape has been pounded with snow. We only get rain, wind, and very high tides. We live on a spit on a cove that leads to the ocean, and we are blessed to see many birds like herons, ospreys, swans on or around our dock. Although we have seen many seals in the water this is the first time one has decided to take a nap on the dock. I am thrilled, and am getting nothing done but watching it sleep. I just hope she knows to jump off before the tide becomes too low.[Image: IMG_5871.jpg]

Oh my gosh!!! How exciting!!! Thanks for getting those pics for us too. she looks so cute, and that last pic her face looks a little sad - like she's lonely.
Amazing Judy! She is soooo cute! I wouldn't be getting anything done either!
OMG Judy that is so awsome!!! She has such a cute face. Has she jumped off yet?
I would not be able to budge if she was on my dock. What a great sighting!
She is still here, and I'm starting to get a little worried, but I'm sure she has been battered around by the ocean storm waves, and is exhausted.
I can understand that. I know you guys got the windy rainy side of the storm we got here. I am hopeing that she is okay and just getting her rest before she goes back to her world.
Awwwww, hope she is okay! You would think she'd be getting hungry by now.
Judy, she is so cute how lucky you are to live there and to have such a lovely little guest for the day.
That is really exciting! She is beautiful. I'd be so worried though. Is there some wild life assistance you can contact?
Did she go back in the water yet Judy?
