Just got home and Albus looks really down, his eye has some yellow gunk coming out of it. His face looks sad, he's not wanting to play with Fawkes at all. Can anyone give me any advice? I've got an vet appointment in 1hour and 15mins but I want your opinions. I've noticed the last few days he's looked a bit down and not playing with Fawkes as much. I am the ultimate worry wart when it comes to Albus so forgive me if it sounds like I'm freaking out over nothing.

Oh Matthew, I am so sorry to hear that! He did look a bit down in the pics. I have no advice, being a novice, but I send tons of good wishes!!!! I hope the vet has an easy cure.

Oh Matthew I am so sorry that Albus is feeling down. I hope the vet visit sheds some light on the cause and you can focus on getting him back to his normal self. Poor Fawkes must be missing him. Let us know how you go.

It is a URI and probably bacterial, so it should respond to meds.

Poor Albus. I'll be waiting to hear what the vet says. I pray he will be ok.
They said that he might have a cold. He's got some meds and recovery food and should pick up in a couple of days- if not he'll be back to the vets. Thanks for the support, sounds like he will be fine though
