Yesterday, while I was moping the floor, suddenly I heard a loud crash in the living room... I rushed out, and to my dismay, I saw my new panasonic digital camera on the floor... Arrrghhhh..... Sad Sad And guess who is the culprit?? Yup, it is Evo... Sad He was sitting beside the camera and looking at me with his innocent face... I was very angry then but just couldn't bear to scold Evo.... After checking the camera, I confirmed that the camera is spoilt... I only used it for barely 2 months... Sigh... No choice.. I have to send it for repair... So, I will not be able to take any pics of the boys till the camera is back from repair centre.. The lesson I learnt here is never be complacent that your house is 100% kitty proof, always check and check again... I was too complacent and think that the camera is on the table, so it "should" be safe, but it is not... Sorry for ranting away... I have to let off my steam...
I'm so sorry to hear that!! I'm sure that Evo didn't mean to.....and now we'll miss his sweet face for a while...Sad
I know Evo didn't mean to be naughty... Cats are always known for their curiosity.. I blame myself for not being careful enough to place the camera at a safer place out of the kittens' reach... I really felt very sad when I see the damage done on my camera.. The camera outer case was cracked, exposing the internal circuitry... Sad Think it will be a major "operation" needed to bring my camera back to life...
OH NO!!!! I was just saying today how nice it was to see new pics of Sky and Evo. Sigh, so sorry to hear that Wilson!
Im sorry about your camera Sad I'm sure Evo is also very sorry.
Oh no. I know how I would be without my camera and taking pictures of the boys. Right now I am trying to get some of Dakotah and I hope to get them all together.

Well better go as I need to finish our play time.
O no Wilson ,I know you must have been so upset but, the good news is at least it can be fixed.
Cello broke a 175.00 plate of mine a few months ago and I was heart broken it was a gift and no repairing itSad
He wanted his Da Bird toy and I had sat it on my hutch never thinking that he would jump up there for it as he is not a big jumper. The good news Cello didn't get hurt from the glass.
Hopefully you can get it fix soon and be taking pic againSmile
Gosh that is no good, Wilson! One of my boys ripped my curtain last night.....they, like Evo...have no idea that they are doing wrong...of course if I see them getting into mischief then I can stop them, and they are learning, but if left alone too long...well...things happen lol...kittens ! who would have em' LOL...hope your camera is fixed soon, Wilson....so you can take pics of anything 'new' as well as your boysSmile
What a shame about the camera but at least Evo and Sky weren't hurt, after all, if it had landed on one of them it could have done serious damage to them. Things can be mended or replaced but our kitties can't.
I am busy working... And the repair centre only opens during normal working hours.. So, I will have to find time to go down to the repair centre during lunch hour or this coming weekend... Hopefully, the camera is still repairable... Right now, I still have my hp... So, still can take some pics, not very good quality, but still ok.. Thks everyone for your comforting words and wishes! Smile
