I picked up my girls today after many weeks of waiting for my house to be ready.
After a long drive that included a detour due to a massive fire on the freeway we finally made it home Smile
The sisters are currently asleep on my bed... I'm not sure where I'm supposed to lie haha but it's great to see them settling in so well.
When I get a chance I'll post some new pics but here's some that I took while they were at the shelter in January;

Also, they were given a booster shot today and I'm wondering if that can make them a bit sniffly or if it's more likely to the new environment?
Cheers,
Emma & the girls
Oh Emma!!!! Congratulations!!! the time finally arrived! I am so happy for you allSmile...a trip not so good by the sounds of it, the fire sounds horrid!....but a trip WELL worth it!....they look gorgeous, and I look forward to more pics!...sometimes shots can have cats sniffly and sneeze..this I believe is normal...but I am no expert. If they are both happy in themselves and eating/drinking I would not worry, just keep an eye on them. So happy for you Emma!!!! I knew the time would come eventuallySmile....look forward to updates and pics! Smile
I'm so glad they are home with you now and I look forward to hearing more about them and their adjustment and seeing more pics of them. Sometimes the snifflys can be caused just from a change to a new environment. Keep and eye on them and if it continues you may need to check in with your vet. Congrats on getting them home. Hope to hear more from you now!
They are both beautiful. How old and what are their names?
Your girls are gorgeous!! Congrats on bringing them home, would love to see new pics when you get the chance.
Congratulations!! The girls are beautiful and it sounds like they have made themselves at home already. The sniffs could be caused by the stress of the move or the shots, keep an eye on them and if it continues for more than a day or two or if they develop a discharge from the nose or eyes you should seriously consider a visit to the vet. Hopefully that won't be necessary and you will only need to work out how to get into bed without disturbing them, lol Smile
Beautiful beautiful girls!!! Congratulations! I'm so happy for you.
They are probably stressed and exhausted,plus my kids usually
feel bad the day of their immunizations.

They're approx 18 months old and currently named buttons & poppit, but that may change Wink
I'm just so blown away by how outgoing they're being considering they've spent months at a shelter. They spent the night on my bed taking turns coming up and snuggling Smile
LOL, that is so cute! They really are settling right in Smile.
