Hello!

Me and my partner Pete are new Ragdoll breeders in Australia, registered with the NSW CFA as CandyKiss. We have 2 pet boys who are just gorgeous and act like they are our children rather than pets! I've always loved cats and have had many over the years, from purebred Burmese to domestic shorthairs, but always wanted a Ragdoll. Now we have two and couldn't be happier! We are hoping to have many more soon The forum has been really helpful in answering some of the basics, as we don't want to bug our fellow breeders too much with the same old questions Thanks everyone,

Welcome to the forum Jo! I am in Adelaide and I am also owned by two beautiful Ragdoll boys.

We will be happy to help answer any of your questions, there is many knowledgable members on here. But I am sure the lovely Ragdoll breeders in Sydney would be happy to answer as many questions as you want too, so don't be afraid of that. Showing interest in learning about everything before rushing into anything is a quality sign, and so many 'breeders' or 'wannabe breeders' these days [I've heard] just don't care anymore.

Good Luck with your breeding program. I am looking forward to getting to know you (and hopefully seeing some photos of your beautiful boys ).

Ive been known to be a bit of a forum addict in the past, so you may be seeing both of us around here a lot. Jo and I have been doing a lot of research and asking questions regarding our new breeding venture and the more we learn, the more excited we get!

I started with one blue colourpoint boy, Casper 3 years ago and started breeding, now I have 9 ragdolls, 1 persian and 3 moggies so be warned!!
