The trip was great! The wedding was beautiful. Dexter was well taken care of by my roommate. She got kitty 101 the night before I left, LOL! She probably thought I was crazy for all the instructions I gave her I left out plenty of food and they have a Drinkwell so all she had to do was give him his canned food at the end of the night and his meds twice a day. He was fine over the weekend and even got to meet some new friends that came over. I guess he sat right in the middle of them, wanting all the attention, haha. Which is funny because sometimes he is leery of strangers. He was probably trying to get all the attention he could since I was gone!

When I got home Leo came running at me purring and meowing and Dex stayed laying in his favorite box giving me the evil eye for like 10 minutes before he finally forgave me and came over for cuddles. I guess he was mad at me for leaving him for a whole 2 and a half days!

I didn't really think his toe looked that much better on Sunday but I think this week it has been looking better. It seems to be draining less and I can see more of the nail growing back. I picked up MORE antibiotics yesterday so he'll be on them for another week. Hopefully by next week it will be healed.

Thank you all for your concern! Hopefully this is the end of the missing toenails and infections!
