Tomorrow night we're all going to the movies to watch this! We all read the series thanks to Teresa's reccomendation! Have you seen this yet T?
It should be a good movie. I have not seen it, but for Fantasy fans (like myself) hehe, I think it will be very enjoyable

Oh yes! I saw the first showing on Friday here...and I loved it!! They had to leave out quite a bit of course, but still, what they put in, they did a good job at. A nice clean movie too -- I like that kind! I'm hoping it does well so they'll make movies of the other books.
Is it a family movie? My kids are 7 & 9.

Yes. It's about a young boy who finds out he's the son of a Greek god and goes on exciting adventures.

It was a very clean movie without innuendo or anything else. My husband and I both commented on how clean it was when we left - cleaner than almost anything you can see on prime time TV!
My boyfriend has been dying to see this movie too. Neither of us knew it was based on a book - so i think i'll have to get into them also.
