Tommy took me out to the Hilton Hawaiian Village for Valentine's dinner, and it was amazing!!! I had to share with you the menu, it was sooooo good. I had never had beluga caviar before, and it was ridiculously good. The potato crusted oyster was my favorite!

What wasn't shown on the menu: they finished out with a plate of truffles and chocolate over a bed of dried ice, creating a fog over the entire table...beautiful! Plus it is Chinese New Year so we had a pair of Chinese Dragons come around and dance to drums. Absolutely magical night!

Oh my gosh -- that looks totally decadent!! I would have loved the Filet Mignon with King Crab...my mouth is watering having read the menu -- I can't imagine being there to eat some of it!! Glad you had a good time. Tell Tommy he did good!!!
