If the kittens are desexed at 13 weeks of age you won't get the spraying problems or any accidental matings.
Most Breeders desex at this age before the kittens go to their new homes.
Two will be buddies and certainly will enjoy each others company.

I agree, as long as the kittens are spayed and neutered by the breeder preferably, or by your vet when you get them, there should not be any problems wit spraying or matings. It is very common for breeders to spay and neuter kittens prior to them going to their new homes for many reasons, there are many health benefits.

If I have a boy and a girl do you think I'll have a problem with the boy spraying before I can get him neutered because of a female being around? At that young age does it not make a difference? We don't really mind a boy and girl or two girls. We just want the combination that are going to be happiest together.
I had Bonnie and Clyde, Ragdoll littermates. Clyde NEVER EVER sprayed. They are neutered so young, I don't think that it is at all a risk.
With the genders, I had two male littermates while growing up who absolutely adored each other. I often found them snuggled up together. As a young adult, Bonnie and Clyde came home to live with me and my husband. Clyde often wanted to snuggle with Bonnie, but she wouldn't have anything to do with it. Our vet once told me that the best cat bonding combinations tend to be: male-female, male-male, and finally female-female. I'm sure there are always exceptions to anything.
