OMG where are you? How pretty!!!
I am in Virginia.
Where in VA? My husband drove back from the Tidewater area last night to be sure he could get home (he actually had airline booked for today to fly back)

It's beautiful and I wish we could have some snow here!!
I am in Northern VA. I am so tired of the snow. We had a big storm on December 19th. Some places have about 30 inches, and we have about another 8 hours to go. The snow plow has come thru several times and each time it just piles the snow beside the cars. It is going to be crazy digging out of this.
So pretty,,,,,,Where is your SNOWMAN.....Smile
I'm here in Ohio ..were geting hit to, we
have at least 10 inches on ground now ...there calling for more.
but I think the worst is over.
I wonder how Gail is doing in N Carolina,,,,,, was to get hit also.
There are trees down, power lines down, roofs caving in, cars/trucks/snow plows/tractor trailers getting stuck, and so many people without power. We are getting about 3 inches an hour.
What's your total now? I'm in Central VA, and we were supposed to get 20-30+ inches but we had several hours of sleet last night which kept the totals down a bit (we're at somewhere between 12 and 14 with snow still falling). Power is out for a lot of people here, too... so far mine has stayed on but it recently flickered a few times!
Not sure how much we have exactly. There's a car out front that is covered-all you can see are the windshield wipers sticking up.
Digging out snow is no fun, but it is so pretty. While I don't miss chipping ice and snow off my windshield in the morning, I do miss how pretty it was in Maine in the winter. When I moved up there from Florida, the biggest surprise for me was how quiet it is. Really lovely.
