You open a drawer, a cabinet, a closet, and turn your back for a moment and when you look back it's grown a raggie in it??

Yes!! I can't bring a new box in the house without it serving some time on the floor for playtime before magically disappearing in the rubbish! And when we bring anything in plastic bags Ava jumps in them and settles down. Certainly watching that little habit very closely. Some examples caught on film.....

During Christmas we went to my mother and fathers house in VA, and we brought Dakota with us. One day we were all distracted in the kitchen getting midnight snacks when we noticed Dakota was missing! we kept him confined to the kitchen and livingroom area, but we thought maybe he snuck out of a door while we were not watching. We looked all over the house for lil Dakota, even in the garage and under all the couches but he was nowhere to be found. Well now I was getting worried, imagining all sorts of terrible things--did he somehow get outside? was he lost? Frantic, I start looking in ridiculous places, like the fridge and the dryer. I opened the cabinet to the food pantry, and lo and behold, there is Dakota sitting amongst the Tortilla Chips, popcorn bags, and girl scout cookies, looking comfy as can be--probably listening to us frantically search for him for the last 10 minutes!!

Similar story when we moved into our new apartment. Bonkers disappeared and I was frantic to find him, thinking that he might have gotten out the door. I finally decided to look under the sinks though I couldn't imagine him getting the cabinet doors open. Here is what I found..
