There is a mama dog and three tiny babies on their way to happiness in Greenville, NC this weekend........if we can fill the legs.
Here's the part of the trip still open:

Leg 10 **** NEEDED ****
Depart: Salisbury, N.C. (6:30 p..m.)
Arrive: Greensboro, N.C. (7:30 p.m.)
Time: 1 hour - 52 miles

Leg 11 ****NEEDED ****
Depart: Greensboro, N.C. (7:30 p.m.)
Arrive: Raleigh N.C. (9:00 p.m.) *** 15 min potty break
Time: 1 1/2 hour - 85 miles
This lady does such an amazing job coordinating people all over the country. I told her I'd posted here about transporting and she's very grateful for any help. If you, or someone you trust, can take a leg, PM me and I'll give you Suzanne's e-mail address to contact her about fostering. If you happen to be anti-dog, you should know that most of the transports are canine. Some are cats, but they are the minority. Also, keep in mind:
MOST OF THESE TRANSPORTS ARE BECAUSE EMERGENCY MEASURES HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO RESCUE THESE ANIMALS FROM KILL SHELTERS. You drive an hour and save a life.
