Conny, who is a member under the name Conny, cannot get on the board anymore. She has requested a new password and tried it a couple of times and although it says 'You have been successfully logged in', Conny does not get access to the board.

Is there anything any of you can do??

I am about to PM the admin incase they don't see this thread.

Have her delete all her cookies (Tools, Internet Options, Browsing History, Delete, and delete the temp files and cookies), and then reboot her computer and try to log in again. It may not work, but it might -- worth a try.

I had this same problem in the past, and did what Teresa has suggested and it worked.

iv'e never done this before how do i do it
