if losing baby teeth could lead to the kitten's breath smelling better. Let me explain-Gabriel was having awful breath. However, last night when he licked my face his breath did not smell awful at all. The vet had told me that he still had some of his baby teeth. I still intend to start brushing his teeth! I was just astonished last night when I did not smell that awful odor. Also, Gabriel was not rubbing his ear or the side of his face. So, I wonder now if his symptoms were related to losing a baby tooth or teeth.
Regina,

It's very possible. It's been our experience here with Sam. Perhaps the rubbing Gabriel was doing was because of a baby tooth issue. Pain can radiate, etc.
I remember when my puppy was losing his teeth. That was when he had the worst breath I ever remembered him having. Solo had pretty bad breath as well when he was losing his teeth.
