We have a list of book recommendations going and books and authors we like, but how about what are you reading/listening to - Right NOW...
Treasure Hunt - John Lescroart
No Physical Evidence - Gus Lee
I'm still hooked at the hip with the Anita Blake Vampire Hunter series by Laurell K. Hamilton (I think there are 18 or so in all right now...I'm on number 6!!). I'm really enjoying them so far

Vamps, werewolves, zombies, and more! What's not to like? Ok, I know I'm a nerd!
Summer by the Sea.... Susan Wiggs I bought this in Dec. when we flew to Conn. for New Years. We're leaving for a curise to Mexico on Saturday so on the airplane I'll read more. LOL! Not much of a reader.
well i have not started on the book i intend to read although i have them here...but i have been reading manadtory tafe work about cutting hair...not that exciting im afraid.
I am not a big fan of fiction books... Hehehe.. But I like to read non-fiction books... I am currently reading "The Digital Photography Book Vol 1" by Scott Kelby... It is a great book to learn digital photography..

Im fixing to order The lovely Bones.....because I want to see the movie but not before reading the book.

Stephen King: UNDER THE DOME. Just started, so far so good. Before that if you like nonfiction, Malcom Gladwell: OUTLIERS. It's about why some people suceed. I work with him and I think he is a fabulous writer, so I am a tad partial.

I'm reading two at the moment, I have taken a little break from The Lovely Bones after seeing the movie as the pictures were just too vivid in my head and I'm reading Wicked but I will go back and read the last few chapters of The Lovely Bones (probably after I finish Wicked) - I want to know what happens to her murderer!
The Lovely Bones - Alice Sebold
Wicked - Gregory Maguire
Was the movie not very good? How did it compare to the book thus far?
Lisa, I would say the movie wasn't that good. It was quite confusing after reading about 3/4 through the book as they did things in different orders and added things in (or maybe it was something I hadn't read yet) so I was confused as to where we were in the movie compared to the book. They also missed a lot out, but that is to be expected. My Mum, who hasn't read the book, didn't think much of it. But it wasn't terrible or anything, just quite a lot different to the book (like most movies, really).
