I had much trouble at first and to get my avatar to work was a nightmare but now it is easy as can be. I had so many trying to help me and I kept the note just in case I could not remember. I think it is an age thing.
I too will not go to bed til I am exhausted and mostly I do figure it out or I scream to my married son, HELP!
