Hi AllSad
Well here we are up to our knees in snow and it was our main Ragdoll Show this Saturday and due to the weather it has been cancelled Ahhhhhh l have worked my socks off getting 3 cats ready.
All because our country can not get its self together and clear some roads.
Well at least l will get some sun shine in the next 5 weeks when l come over to AusSmile
Ahh well there is always next year for the showSad

There has been plenty of cold and snow in most of the USA.

Here is mid NC very cold for us (about 20 degrees below normal) but no snow yet. That's why I moved from MA to escape the cold and snowBig Grin
We got alot of snow over Christmas time and now are getting dumped on again today! Lucky you that you have a trip planned soon. I've always wanted to go to Australia.. (can you sense the jealousy?? Tongue) Have a great time!
Due to we live so close to the lake we get Lake effect snow plus just plain ole snow. I guess when we live where they have snow you just have to go with it and know sometimes things have to be canceled for safety reasons. Sorry you worked so hard for the show and so I just call it a practice run this time. Again sorry about the show.
Shame about the show, I know how much hard work goes into getting one cat ready let alone three!! Whereabouts in the UK are you? I'm in Derbyshire and we've had quite a bit up here too, I wish it would just go away!!
Hi Jane
I am in Hertfordshire its Dawn from Ragshaven Ragdolls i am sick of the sight of the snow and we was all looking forward to the show its so sad for the show team its hard work.

Hi Dawn,
I realised after I posted that it was you Smile I hope you and yours are all coping with the horrible weather. I wasn't taking any of the cats to the show as Evie is pregnant and Lola has a litter of kittens but I may have gone to meet up with people. Never mind, there's always the next one.

It is bad news for the team behind the show, they spend so much time organising and making each show a success and rarely without any praise. It must be so discouraging for them when all of their hard work comes to nothing.
Hi Jane
Thought it was you when are your kittens due our last 2 have just gone to their new home they was nearly 20 weeks as we waited until after Christmas my god do l miss them, they was high whites.
I had Maddie calling like mad over the past couple of weeks she only calls twice a year and is 6 yrs old and had 2 litters so really needed to get her mated up, but with going away Glyn said NO kittens while l was away.
Did you go to Sue how is she???

Hi Dawn

Lola's babies are now 7 weeks old and four complete bundles of mischief. My mum came to see them today and she fell in love, but then again who wouldn't?

Evie's babies are due late January/early February so not long to wait now.

Both girls went to Sue, I'm so thankfull to you for introducing me to her at that seminar so long ago. Hopefully, if there's no more snow, her and Graham are coming to see the kittens at the weekend. Sue has been poorly but last I heard she was on the mend and taking it easy over the holidays so I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that the roads will be ok by the weekend. I'll let her know you were asking after her.
