Well, little big Sam is home from the vet. They suspect URI and prescribed clavamox and eye ointment for both eyes. I asked about his very bad breath and she pointed out all the baby teeth he still has. I guess I thought by now they'd all be gone......NOT. He may have to have a couple pulled if they don't fall out soon. His permanent fangs are coming down and he has very long baby fangs still in tact. His back baby teeth are still pretty much there and she feels it's causing gum irritation. They were a strong pink to red. She felt his bad breath was more than likely from them tho she does believe him to have a bit of a URI which she says can also cause the bad breath. So, we'll push more pills down our little man and see what develops. It's sad to think that my wee ones have had so little time to enjoy being a kitten with all the stuff they seem to get and all the drugs they have to have.

All the techs drooled over our little man and couldn't believe how big he's grown for just 6 months. I told them they ain't seen nothin yet as I expect him to be a large boy. I guess time will tell.
Glad all is under control. I know the feeling as we take in one of the boys and the techs take off with him. The one yesterday was not happy with Mykah's fever and she had the vet look at Zeke when we took him in for no charge. I thought that is because we have alot into the appointment yesterday.

Well I am so glad all is well on the most part. Well go and enjoy your baby.
Sorry he has the URI and hope that he feels better soon. Hopefully those baby teeth will fall out soon!
Just wondering how your baby is. I know what you are going through. Mykah was moving some this morning and now he is asleep and has been since about 8 or so. I know his pain or fever meds puts him down for the night. I try not to give it to him too early as I want him to eat something and drink. Do keep us posted please.
Well wishes for a speedy recovery, Sam!!
How's he doing Diane??
