We took Mykah to the vet this morning with his eyes. They are a mess. There is no scratches on anything on them so that is good. He had to stay for an hr or so. They are checking his blood and also trying to find out what infection could be causing his eyes to do this. His temp was 105 this morning and so they are giving him fluids. I took some photos of his eyes and I say icky. Will let you know when we know anything more. Thanks for your good wishes.

Oh Paula, how scary for you and Mykah. Please let us know as soon as you hear anything. Hopefully he'll be doing better soon. Keeping you and him in my prayers.

Mykah is pretty sick yet but they gave us some meds and salve for his eyes and we took Zeke to get his nails done and if one of his eyes didn't have it too. He also has to do the salve since he did not have a temp.
You bet it is scary for me. See almost a year ago my cat died while being at the vets and of course when he had to stay all that went through my mind especially they were so swamped today they did not call to come get him.
I will let you all know what is going on when I hear. It says about 48 hrs but with the holidays I am not sure.

Well I think I am going to go and spend time holding Mykah before we give him the meds.

Hopefully the meds will kick in quickly and he'll feel better soon. Hopefully Zeke won't get the fever that Mykah has. Please check back in tomorrow and tell us how things are going.
