About Our Breeding Program and Our Cats: We're a fairly small cattery, in Southeast Missouri. Our babies all get lots of hugs and kisses and are raised IN our home. Each of our breeders is registered, and a Certified pedigree can be supplied upon request. We have Grand Champion bloodlines in our breeders.
There is no mention that I saw of whether the parents have been tested for HCM. You would want to be sure about what vaccines they've had prior to adoption and does she give them? or a vet? I'd ask about what she feeds as she does make a statement about nutrition on her site but doesn't clarify what she feeds. I wouldn't be too alarmed about the price as it is Missouri and it may cost less to have the animals spayed/neutered and she passes that savings on to the potential parents.
She mentions Catlana as one of the breeders she adopted from. Here is their website:

If there is no contract on her site, I would ask her to email you a copy so you can read it. It may have a lot more information in the contract than what you see on the site. You may also ask if she has any references of other adoptees and perhaps contact them to see if they were happy with their kids, etc.
I'm sure there will be other suggestions from others.
