Why hello there fellow ragdoll lovers. I am new here, so this is why I am posting this. I live in Australia, and I have only recently been in love with these fine felines. I dont have one as of yet, and I dont think I'll be able to have one for a while, because Im going to be moving to Greece here soon, and they are rather expensive here. (That's one I need to look up if they have them in Greece) Im 18 and adore kittens and cats. I have (well it's not my cat) a Russian Blue. She has her good moments, then the rest is tricking you to pet her tummy, they she stikes. It's all good fun.

So basicaly Im here to learn on how loving this breed of cat are, and read wonderfull stories of how people bond with them. Thank you!

Welcome to the forum.. Hope you will like it here... Have fun!

Maybe you will be able to find Ragdoll breeders from Greece in this forum...

Welcome to the forum from another Aussie
I just wanted to say that the price of a Ragdoll from a reputable registered breeder is nothing compared to a 'cheap' kitten from a byb. Registered breeders sell their kittens desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and at an age suitable to leave their mum. Remember that a kitten that is 12 weeks old is a better cat in the long run then a kitten you get a 6 weeks old. Kittens that leave their Mum later have learned all the necessary things about how to be a cat and have less chance of having behavioural problems. A kitten from a byb will come with no vet work and they will still charge you through the roof (although to the untrained eye it is cheaper then a kitten from a reg breeder), these kittens will often (although not always) go on to have behavioural or medical problems and end up a lot more expensive. Add vet costs for what a reg kitten comes with anyway and you already have a more expensive kitten. I know you aren't planning to buy from a byb but I am just giving you a friendly warning, as many are scammed, and you mentioned the price of Ragdolls in your first post. When you look at it this way, they really aren't that expensive.
Enjoy your new kitten when you get it, Ragdolls are absolutely gorgeous and I am sure you will love being owned by one. They have the sweetest personalities
Your russian blue sounds like she has a quirky personality, I look forward to seeing photos
